Our Shipping Approach

Historically, shipping high-end gaming computers through the overseas postal system to APO/FPO/DPO addresses has resulted in an incredibly high rate of transit loss and hardware damage. Because your PC is a significant investment containing sensitive components, we have transitioned away from standard postal delivery to these addresses to better protect your purchase.

How We Deliver to Service Members

To ensure your PC arrives safely and on time, we work directly with service members to coordinate secure delivery via UPS. This allows for:

  • Full Tracking: Real-time updates from our warehouse to your hands.

  • Enhanced Handling: Reduced risk of the physical damage often seen in bulk postal sorting.

  • Direct Support: A dedicated point of contact if customs or base access issues arise.

The Process

  1. Order Flagging: If an order is placed with an APO/FPO/DPO address, our logistics team will flag it immediately.

  2. Direct Outreach: A member of our team will contact you via email or phone within 24–48 business hours.

  3. Alternative Logistics: We will work with you to identify a physical UPS-eligible address—whether it is a specialized receiving office on your base abroad or a domestic location—to ensure the most reliable delivery path possible.
